A. We currently serve Greater Seattle / Puget Sound region.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, business check,  or cash. 

Q. What does OEM, New and Remanufactured mean?

A. OEM refers to Original Equipment Manufacturer. The name on the carton is the manufacturer of the cartridge. New refers to a cartridge that has been manufactured by somebody other than Toner Express and never been used. Remanufactured refers to cartridges that have been recycled to OEM standards. All of our cartridges are covered by our warranty.

Q. What if my cartridge is defective?

A. We will gladly replace any defective cartridge sold by us as 100% satisfaction is our promise. 

Q. What kind of programs do you offer on copiers or printers?

A. We offer both short and long term rental programs. For short-term, daily, weekly, and month-to-month rentals are available. For long-term rentals, only one-year commitment is required as we believe that customer loyalty comes from great services and prices rather than a piece of contract.

Q. What does your rental program cover?

A. All copier services, parts and supplies except for paper. 

Q. After I rent my equipment, is there an option to purchase or upgrade it?

A. Yes absolutely.

Q. Do you have a service contract available for my own equipment?

A. Yes, service contracts are negotiable with your own equipment.
